Using Your Control Panel
To setup an e-mail account you need to head to your control panel and then click
on 'email' (at the top) which will take you to and then click on 'Mailboxes' which
will take you to:

Now you need to create your mail account so click on 'Create Mailbox' and
you will be faced with 2 boxes. The first being 'Mailbox' in this enter what
you want as your email address on your domain so if you want:
info@yourdomain.com
Simply enter 'info' into the 'Mailbox' box, then enter a password into the
second box.
You have now setup, an e-mail account, but you still have to put this into your
mail program. So we will presume you are using Microsft Outlook 2002, setup
is similar in older versions of Outlook too.
Open Outlook and find 'Tools' in the top menu bar click it other options should
appear look for 'E-Mail Account' click that. Now we are going to add a 'POP3'
mail account.

This is pressuming you chose info@yourdomain.com
Fill in all your details, like they are listed in the above image.
We do not provide an outgoing mail server so you need to use your ISP's (Internet
Service Provider) outgoing mail server, we have listed a few big name ISP SMTP
servers below.
- BT Openworld: mail.btclick.com
- Freeserve: smtp.freeserve.net
- AOL: smtp.aol.com
If your still not sure, contact your ISP and ask them what there SMTP is called,
or mail support@fdhost.co.uk and we
will find out for you.
